Solid Wood
Solid Wood Flooring is a beautiful addition to your home and any suitable commercial space. The majority of Solid Wood flooring should be fully fixed when fitted. This means it should be either secret nailed to joists or a wooden sub floor, or fully adhered with a wood adhesive to a concrete sub floor.
One of the exceptions to this rule are the Solid Wood range from Junckers. This site shows the Junckers Solid Wood Flooring as it one of the few Solid Wood products that can be fitted as a floating floor on an underlay using their clips system.
In addition to Junckers solid Wood Country Flooring are able to offer a range of Solid Woods suitable for use in many locations. they are avaiable in many finishes from Oiled, to Brushed and Oiled, Matt Lacquered or Satin Lacquered. Solid wood is also avaiable in different grades. This means that the flooring has been selected into a grade options, such as Rustic, or Classic. Rustic would mean the product containing knots and variations in colour due to sapwood, where as Classic would mean far less Knots if any and fewer variations in colour. There can also be a difference is board lengths and widths. All these factors contribute to the quality and pricing of the products.
